Arabelle Sicardi is a writer and consultant. Back in 2014, The Cut referred to them as “the thinking woman’s beauty writer.” Since then, Sicardi has crafted a multifaceted creative career. They write with the perspective of someone who is attuned to the intricacies of power, wise to the artifice of aesthetic performance, and is nonetheless still dedicated to practices of beauty as ritualized devotion. Unsurprisingly, I am a Sicardi Fan-Gworl.
